Data stored in your browser
Your cart, favorites, recently viewed models, currency and statistics preference are stored locally in this browser. You can remove them in browser settings. A PHP session secures forms, polls, admin sign-in and the Tebex basket.
Optional statistics
With consent, we retain aggregate product-ID interactions and search phrases for up to 30 days, without visitor profiles, full URLs or IP addresses in statistics. Do not enter personal information in search. Consent is not required to shop.
Reviews, galleries and polls
Voluntarily submitted content and nicknames are moderated and may become public after approval. Polls allow one vote per browser session; unique people are not verified. Abuse prevention temporarily stores a salted hash of the network address, not its raw value.
Payments and external services
Tebex handles payment, authentication and delivery under its own policies. Product images and approved community links may use external servers. Our server retrieves exchange rates without sending buyer data. OVH hosting may retain its own security and access logs.

Private reports and content backups
The issue form stores your name, email or Discord username, product ID and description privately for the GSC team. Reports remain until handled and deleted by the administrator. To request deletion, send the report reference privately to support. Do not send passwords, tokens or card details.
Panel history retains the last 20 content snapshots, which may include older community submissions. When removing a submission upon request, also remove relevant snapshots via FTP and check locally downloaded backups. Content exports do not contain passwords or support reports.
Effects and server gallery
Your effects preference is stored locally in the browser. Submitted server names and selected models may become public alongside the image and nickname after moderation. Submit only material for which you have the rights and required permissions. Trailers may play from external servers; they do not start automatically.
