Privacy policy

1. Contact

For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email globalshopclothes.contact@gmail.com. Include your Discord user ID so we can locate your records. Do not email a password or bot token. We may ask you to verify account control before acting on a request.

2. Data we process

• Discord user, server and channel identifiers, and information needed to respond to slash commands and buttons.
• Game profile: virtual balances, inventory, equipment, progression, achievements, settings, guild participation and other game state.
• Game and transaction records: crate and casino results, markets and auctions, PvP, dungeons, transfers and security/audit entries needed to settle transactions and detect abuse.
• Technical records: interaction routes, results and timing, plus database backups used for recovery. BoxBot does not require or store ordinary message content to operate.

3. Why we use it

We use these records to deliver the game features you request, preserve progress, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, verify random outcomes, investigate abuse, answer support requests and restore service after faults. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the requested game service and our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable and secure.

4. Visibility and service providers

Profiles, leaderboards, markets, guild features and public challenges may display your Discord identity and relevant game data to other members of the server. Use /settings for available leaderboard and notification controls; not all game activity can be hidden. Discord processes interactions under its own policies. The bot's data is hosted by our infrastructure provider, Mikrus, and this legal site is hosted by OVHcloud. Service providers may process data only to provide their services; we do not sell it to them.

5. Retention and deletion

Active game data remains while it is needed to operate your account. Use /legal delete to remove your active gameplay profile, balances, items and progression. This command does not instantly remove every historical transaction, audit record or previously created backup. Such records may be kept only where needed for security, dispute resolution, protecting other players or legal obligations. Backups are rotated and are not used to recreate a deleted profile for normal gameplay. To request review or deletion of remaining records, email us at the address above; we will assess and act on the request under applicable law and Discord's Developer Terms.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern about our handling of your data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under privacy law. Contact us by email for requests that cannot be completed with bot commands. You may also stop using BoxBot at any time.

7. Security and changes

We restrict access to operational data and maintain backups for recovery. No online service is risk-free. We will update this notice if data handling changes; the effective date above will change accordingly. For Discord's handling of your account data, see Discord's Privacy Policy.
